FAKES OUT THERE- Enforcing our rights
We found a number of "COPY CATS" of our smartwrap. They liked it so much that they copied our product idea.
How to tell if your product is an original sumajin smartwrap.
Our company name is embossed on our products and we have taken great care to offer you the original quality as it should be; as we are the people that created them.
We are currently taking steps to enforce out rights against companies dealing in fakes.

PAYMENT OPTION
Sumajin uses PayPal payment system by default.
SENDING OF ORDERS
Each product is US$5, eg. 3 smartwraps & 2 Flex = cost $25, ie 5 x $5 .
*A per-order shipping cost of US$5 will be added for orders up to 20 nos.
Shipping cost is standard for global .Items ordered will be sent by mail once payment is made.
Delivery takes approximately 3-18 day. For it may be slightly longer depending on each country's mailing system.
Note: We are shipping your order from Singapore.
Most of our products is covered by 1 year Limited Warranty. The warranty will covers defects and workmanship of hardware.
Products without payment receipt is not valid for warranty. Goods must brought in or sent to us at your own cost. If the product is able to be repaired we will send back to you by standard mail or can be collected from our office address.
We will use new or spare parts for our repair. Parts which has been replaced becomes our property. Depending on the how severe the damage is a repair charge may apply.
